Waylen's manages your Secure360 data plan for you so there is no need to change or coordinate service providers. The Secure360 4G ships with a AT&T SIM card that tracks your 4G account and provides updates through the Waylen's Secure app. (Secure360 data service works with this supplied SIM card only. Roaming outside North America is not supported.)
When setting up your Secure360 4G you will be prompted to sign up and pay via credit card for three, six, or twelve months of optional data. This initial billing date marks the beginning of your subscription and your billing date. Cancellation for a single data period is not supported unless the Secure360 is returned during its 30-day risk-free test drive.
The app notifies you each month when you are running low on your data so you may adjust your plan or add data. The app also notifies you when you're close to your plan expiration date so you may renew before your plan stops.
