Essential Dip Liquids

This bundle includes the essential liquids needed to apply dip powder.

Base: first step in powder application process and used before applying colored powders.

Activator: used after applying Base liquid and Build Powder / Color Powdered coats. Used to harden powder and seal in color.

Top: finishing touch that secures everything together, delivers beautiful shine, and protects nails from the sun's harmful UV rays.
