Everything you need to get started easily with the benefits of incandescent red light therapy! This package includes one Chromalux® full spectrum incandescent infrared R30 red light bulb and a specialized heat-radiating ceramic reflector lamp with a protective grill covering. 

Unlike many products, this is not just a white light passing through a painted red glass to give the illusion of red light, but a special incandescent filament tuned to produce red color and near-infrared wavelengths.

Red and infrared light comprises the last portions of the light spectrum, with red light being the last part of the visible light spectrum, and infrared being the very beneficial invisible light energy our sun provides. Near and mid-infrared light is not visible to the human eye, but instead is felt as radiant heat and holds many benefits for our overall health and the health of our mitochondria, commonly known as the "energy generators" of our cells.

Red light will give you a concentrated dose of the sun's healing power without any of the blue light and UV light present in actual sunlight.
