What it is:  Matrix High Riser Pre-Bonded Power Lift Powder Lightener. Up to 9 levels of lift with 79% less breakage compared to our leading lightener without bonder + non-conditioning shampoo.

What it does:  Power lift powder lightener that lifts the darkest bases to platinum in one service; Our highest concentration of citric acid + glycine already added to the formula to protect the hair's integrity; Fast initial lift + controlled remaining lift for increased lightening speed, with clean & even results.

What else you need to know:  Mix with Matrix Cream Developer 10 (3%), 20 (6%), 30 (9%), or 40(12%) volume (maximum) depending on the desired result. Mix carefully with a spatula or brush, until achieving a smooth consistency. Do not use heat.
