All Keevado auction items are final sale.

Item conditions will be listed as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged.

We do not test every item for full functionality. Open Box can include items that are brand new, lightly used, incomplete, damaged, or incorrectly labeled. We describe items as accurately as possible, but much of the information comes directly from manufacturer or supplier descriptions, so we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

We strongly encourage customers to view all images of the item before bidding.

All items are sold AS-IS, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

All auction invoices will include a 10% Buyer's Premium, Shipping, and Sales Tax at checkout.

We are located at 801 Steam Plant Road in Gallatin TN. Our hours are Tuesday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM and we are closed on all major holidays. Please stop at the security booth and our team will bring your order. Make sure to have your order number!

If you select shipping at checkout, we typically have orders ready for pick up by the carrier in under 3 business days. Shipping is flat rate and you won't pay more than $15. Some items require you to arrange your own freight or pick up in person. That will be noted in the description and you will not be able to choose shipping at checkout.
